Conor McGregor found no love from Dustin Poirier and his wife after suffering a calamitous injury in UFC 264

Ever since his foray into the world of MMA, Conor McGregor has built an image of being the bad boy of UFC. Directing horrific diatribe towards his opponents, McGregor who moulded himself as The Notorious thrived on his ability to belittle his nemesis.

While it was a petulant personality which was cherished in the early exchanges of his career, Conor has slowly emerged as the clown of the UFC fraternity. With results failing to swing in his favour, Conor’s loud mouth and vilified insults haven’t gone down lightly with boisterous viewers of the sport.

And Dustin Poirier’s wife, Jolie Poirier ensured she made her full disgust towards Conor McGregor known during their McGregor and Dustin’s trilogy showdown in UFC 264. McGregor who stuttered away from the ring after suffering a bout ending leg injury ended up having to surrender the fight to Dustin.

In the midst of this all, Jolie showed the middle finger to Conor. It was a gesture born out of pure hate and anger with Conor taking persistent jibes at Jolie in the build up to the showdown.

Conor had taken to social media platforms to claim that Jolie was trying to interact with him online. The Irishman had not only stopped there with him going on Twitter to write that Jolie Poirier wanted to see the hair around his di** and bal**.

For both Dustin and Jolie, Conor tottering away from McGregor vs Poirier 3 was revenge at its best. Conor had gone onto claim that he would be sending Dustin packing on a stretcher preceding the fight, a narrative which came true for Conor himself.

Meanwhile Dana White, has asserted that we would be treated to a fourth part of the matchup between Conor and Dustin. White went onto say that Conor McGregor’s injury wasn’t the right ending to the series and a proper fight would be played out in the future to ensure the showdown was brought to a just end.
