Durand Cup is now live and a total of 16 teams are taking part in the tournament. Moreover, the tournament is one of the oldest tournaments in the history of football and it was started in 1888. The 2021 edition is going to be the 130th edition of the Durand Cup. Mohun Bagan and East Bengal are the most successful teams in the history of this tournament, claiming the title a total of 16 times.

Venues and Stadiums
The 2021 edition will be held in West Bengal. Furthermore, there will be three different stadiums used to host the matches. Vivekananda Yuva Bharati Krirangan, Mohun Bagan Club Ground, and Kalyani Municipal Stadium Ground will be the stadiums used to host the matches.
There will be 14 matches played at the Vivekananda Yuva Bharati Krirangan which has a capacity of more than 80,000 fans. 8 matches will be played in Kalyani stadium where 20,000 fans can attend the match. The Mohun Bagan ground will be hosting 9 matches which has a capacity of 20,000 fans.
