What Exactly Happened so far?
The previous chapter starts with Major Lee who got killed by Hyuntae. Everyone around Jinwoo has died and sacrificed one by one. He considered himself a main character and considered everyone else a side character which was important for his growth.
He thought that this might be the first boss stage where the main character awakens his power and fights. Jinwoo ate a down gem and started to concentrate his power on his body. Jinwoo attacks Hyuntae only to get sent flying in a second.
He then yelled at Chatterbox to help him and he finally got lucky. However, Chatterbox was also not even strong as Hyunate for now as he dosen’t have any gems on him. Jinwoo says that Hyunate was the one who killed his all friends.
Together they need to defeat this monster who is controlling their friend’s body. Jinwoo considered this the climax of his fight but both got beaten by Hyuntae easily. Hyunate was about to pierce Jinwoo but instead, Chatterbox sacrificed himself. He says that he dosen’t want his remaining friend to die. Hyuntae says that Jinwoo is more like a villain. It would be interesting to see how the story unfolds from this point.
