What exactly happened so far?
The previous chapter starts with the Firebosis parasite taking control over Captain. He hasn’t consumed him and only has 10 minutes to use his all saved-up power.
He asked the demon whether he could kill Kim or not because it would be very difficult to keep him in control. Firebosis decided to at least take his limbs to make him calm.
The battle began and Kim’s physical attacks weren’t working on the firebosis. In the end, he was subdued by him and his arm was about to get cut off, when the parasite inside the Kim appeared.
He was the old remnants from the demon king’s army and wanted Firebosis to comeback. The parasite started to even absorb his abilities and portion.
Firebosis gave the order to the captain inside to kill the host, ‘Kim.’ If he doesn’t do that, then the demon king will descent once again into the geyser.
However, it seems like the captain has some other plan regarding Kim. He also needs to fulfill the command of the black union. He used his eye ability to change reality and make Kim forget about his past. That’s how the chapter ended, and it would interesting to see what will happen to Kim now.
