Dr. Romantic 3 on SBS is returning after almost three years and features Ahn Hyo Seop, Lee Sung Kyung, and Kim Joo Heon, the leading men in K-drama. The second season of the medical drama debuted in 2020 and has 16 episodes.

Episode 1 of Dr. Romantic 3 will run on SBS on April 28 at 10 p.m. KST/ 9 a.m. ET. Every week on Friday and Saturday, the drama will air, with the conclusion airing on June 17, 2023.
Episode 1 of Dr Romantic Season 3 will release globally on Friday 28th March at 10:00pm (KST) / 5:00 am (PT)/ 8:00am (ET)/ 4pm (GMT).
Preview of the Season 3
The Doldam Hospital is shown in the Dr. Romantic season 3 trailer when the stakes are higher than ever. This season, a character noted for being clumsy and untidy, neurosurgeon Cha Eun Jae, will undergo significant adjustments in which she develops into a “real surgeon” while maintaining her distinctive character traits.
“In Season 3, I wished to show a version of Eun Jae that was somewhat more professional and mature,” teased Lee Sung Kyung, who plays the character of Eun Jae. In the midst of all, director Yoo In Sik did a great job of ensuring that I didn’t lose the endearing and adorable image that is exclusive to Eun Jae.
The film also demonstrates how each doctor accepts problems they have never faced while opening a trauma center where urgent patients with the highest level of criticality will quickly arrive.
The Cast of Season 3 of Dr. Romantic
Many of the original cast members from season 2 will return for Dr. Romantic 3, including Ahn Hyo Seop as Seo Woo Jin, Lee Sung Kyung as Cha Eun Jae, Kim Min Jae as Park Eun Tak, and Han Seok Kyu as Master Kim.
In addition to the main cast, the story’s supporting cast also includes Yoon Bora as Joon Hyung Mi and Extraordinary Attorney Woo star Jin Kyung.
