Doctors determined that he died as a result of a heart attack.

His death has reignited fears about heart attacks among young Indians, owing to the fact that he had no symptoms or established triggers and was utterly atypical.

“He was young, physically very active, working for nearly 14 hours a day, a non-smoker and a teetotaller,” says Dr Saugata Chatterjee, assistant medical superintendent of Guru Gobind Singh (GG) General Hospital in Jamnagar city and professor of medicine at the MP Shah Government Medical College.

There was no medical history to suggest that he was at risk of a cardiac incident. He also had no recent history of illness or COVID-19.”

Dr.Gandhi is survived by his wife, Devanshi, who is a dentist, along with their two children and his parents.
