The entire outfield has been carefully tilled with 200 tonnes of dirt from South Africa to give it a springy, real-life feel. The main field’s outfield is made of sand-based grass, which not only keeps players from getting hurt but also makes drainage easier.

Under the main surface, a drainage system will be put in place to help get rid of water. The four light towers are taller than usual so that they don’t blind batters during night games. Because of this, it is called a hitting pitch.
