Both of the Lakers games against Thunder this season have been horrendous.
Despite being in torrid form in the opening exchanges of NBA 2021, Oklahoma City Thunder have managed to defeat Los Angeles Lakers twice. And both of them have been come back wins, ones where OKC have erased a massive deficit to down the Lakers.
Holding a behemoth lead on the day, the Lakers had no one to blame but themselves for their sordid defeat on the day. The side was downed 107-104 after being outscored 35-24 with Westbrook missing a game-tying three to send the contest into overtime.
Russell Westbrook Irked After Reporter Asks Him About Missed Three
Given the magnitude of his mistake, it was only fair that Westbrook was asked about his miss. However, the Lakers man was far from pleased at being asked to opine on his error with him asking the reporter not to ask him questions he had answers to.
While Westbrook scored 27 points in the game for the Lakers, he made a hillarious tunrover against his previous side.

For the Lakers who had scripted a small recovery after a languid start, the road ahead makes for dreary viewing. The side has been fraught with injuries with even LeBron James finding himself ruled out currently due to a strain.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 11 of his 28 points in the fourth quarter as Oklahoma City Thunder came from a 19 point deficit to beat Los Angeles Lakers. Kenrich Williams scored nine of his 13 points in the final period for Thunder who haven’t beaten anybody in their eight games this season except the Lakers.
