During an episode of Shark Tank, four sharks made investment offers to DigiQure E-Clinic. Shark Vineeta and Shark Namita’s initial offer was ₹40 lakh for 20% equity, valuing the company at ₹2 crores, on the condition that both companies would have to be merged into one.
Shark Peyush offered ₹1 crore for 25% equity, valuing the company at ₹4 crores with the same condition of merging both companies. Later, Shark Vineeta and Shark Namita revised their offer to ₹40 lakh for 15% equity, valuing the company at ₹2.67 crores. However, both companies still had to be merged.
Anupam made an offer of ₹1 crore for 10% equity, valuing the company at ₹10 crores. The condition of merging both companies remained, and no new e-clinics were allowed until product-market fit was established. Additionally, DigiQure would be rebranded as ‘Geeta.’
In response to the offers, the Business Pitcher made a counteroffer to Namita for ₹40 lakh for 10% equity, valuing the company at ₹4 crores. Shark Vinita did not revise her offer, so Namita agreed to work with the business pitcher’s offer without negotiation.
