Diablo 4 players can try fixing the error code 316751 issue by changing world tiers as suggested on the forums. Several Blizzard community forums have suggested players to change world tiers if players and their friends are not playing on the same difficulty. As such, if a player is on world tier 2 and another user is on world tier 3, one of the players will have to change to the same one.

In order to change world tiers, players can simply visit World Tier Statues in towns like Kyovashad. Players can also change it in the main menu. Players should not that World tiers 1 and 2 are basically easy and normal recommended for players at levels 1-50. However, world tiers 3 and 4 are meant for endgame players with levels ranging around 70-100.

Another way to possibly fix Diablo 4 error code 316751 is by having another player invite the friend to your party. So, if you’re planning a fellowship of three, invite one friend and then have them send an invite to the player you’re experiencing problems with.
