Gloria Govan, the wife of Derek Fisher went onto threaten her ex-husband Matt Barnes’ girlfriend after Anansa Sims celebrated her sons’ birthday
Over the years, things have been extremely unsavory between ex-NBA player Matt Barnes and his ex-wife Gloria Govan.
The relationship between the duo has been riddled with cringeworthy incidents with the most notable public one being one Barnes drove all the way to jump gate at his home to beat up Derek Fisher who was secretly dating Govan. While Barnes has since gone onto state that he’s reconciled with Fisher and Govan, things are far from cordial between all the parties involved.
Gloria Govan Threatens To Beat Anansa Sims, The Girlfriend Of Matt Barnes
Barnes who has since moved on with Anansa Sims recently celebrated the birthday of his two kids with Govan. Sims, his girlfriend at the moment took to social media platforms to post a happy birthday wish to 13 year old Carter and Isaiah with her going onto talk about how she was the perfect mother.
However, Govan who was previously on the reality show, Basketball Wives was far from pleased with Sims publicly celebrating her sons birthday. She went on an incredible outburst, one where she not only called Barnes’ girlfriend a broad but also threatened to hit her if she didn’t stop handing out with her children.
Why Govan who is now married to Fisher flew into such a rage over an innocent post remains a mystery. Sims is only trying to fit in with Barnes and give a stable family life to the children, something which didn’t needed to be made such a meal of by Govan.
