The catch took place in the 19th over of the first innings. Striving to elevate her side’s total, England’s Amy Jones went for a big hit as she connected cleanly with a Shikha Pandey delivery.
And her effort looked set to award her with the maximum runs as well as the ball veered its way to the fence. However, Harleen Deol have other thoughts on her mind as he lunged onto the ball to latch onto hit.
Realising she was extremely close to the boundary line, Harlen showed exceptional presence of mind to lob the ball back into play before she crossed the boundary. She completed the outstanding effort as she dived back into the field of play to get her hands around the ball before it hit the ground.

The Indian women cricket team will be looking to draw inspiration from the catch when they take on England in the second T20 on Sunday. The ladies are chasing a 1-0 deficit after they were thwarted by 18 runs by DLS method in the series opener.
