Recently, the body of the girl Debanhi Escobar has been found. The body of a Mexican teenager has been found after a haunting final photo of the young girl.

The family of young Debanhi Escobar aged 18 years had been tirelessly trying to find their daughter for the past two weeks after she went missing. All the Authorities confirmed on 22nd April 2022 that her decomposing body was found in a cistern subterranean water tank at a motel late the day before. It is being said that she fell into it by accident.
The body couldn’t be recognized as it was not in a good condition. The Assistant Public Safety Secretary, Mr. Ricardo Mejia stated the woman’s body had a crucifix necklace and clothing that Debanhi was wearing before death.

“This news was announced by the hotel workers, because of the bad odor coming from the area,” Mr. Mejia stated that according to the Associated Press. Debanhi’s father Mario Escobar declared in media that the night his daughter’s body was found: “My daughter is dead and I do not know what to do now, I am in a shock”.
Her father has accused the authorities of not doing enough to find his daughter. It is quite surprising that the body of Debanhi Escobar is found quite close to the area where she went missing.
In an official Instagram post on Debanhi’s account, her family wrote: “Thanks to all those who collaborated in the search for our beloved Debanhi, with a broken heart we ask you to raise a prayer in her name so that perpetual light shines for her, and Rest in peace.”
Her family also shared a picture of Debanhi standing alone on the side of a highway. This picture was captured in the early hours of April 9th by the taxi or rideshare driver who was supposed to take her home after a night out with friends. She was abandoned by her friends at 5am in the morning with her left alone to find a way back for herself.
Her father also said that even if the driver did not kill her daughter, he was still responsible for his daughter’s death and should be caught. The investigation is going on in the Escobar case but no one can be caught yet.
