The storyline of this drama will revolve around Choi Yi-jae who has suffered as a result of his struggle to obtain a job. She concludes that he must repeatedly face death in retribution.
Choi Yi-jae, facing the judgment of Death, experiences death and rebirth twelve times. Despite coming from a financially struggling home, Yi-Jae had a caring and smart personality. Nevertheless, after seven years of unsuccessful job hunts, he becomes so devastated and miserable that he considers suicide.
He meets Death at the gates of Hell, believing it to be the end. Yi-Jae is not sent to oblivion but rather is sentenced to die 12 more times while acquiring other bodies.
