The release date for Dead By Daylight(DBD) Chapter 24 and its PTB, as well as the next DBD killer and survivor have surfaced in the new leak
There have been numerous leaks for Dead By Daylight’s next DLC episodes. While the next instalment is said to be entirely original, Chapter 25 is another cooperation with Albert Wesker and Ada Wong from Resident Evil.

While the idea of another Capcom crossover is exciting, it appears that we will have to wait for an original murderer and survivor first.
WHEN IS DAYLIGHT BY DEAD(DBD) CHAPTER 24?
The release date for Dead By Daylight Chapter 24 has been released as of June 7th. While the PTB is set for May 17th.
DBD Leaks via Twitter provided this information. Similar to a Real Evil and Silent Hill demonstration in 2021 and 2020. The public test build is scheduled to be available once the Livestream ends.
As of this writing, neither date has indeed been confirmed, however, BeHaviour will reveal their plans tomorrow. The PTB will only be playable for PC via Steam once it becomes ready. The Dredge and Haddie Kaur are the next killer and victims of Dead By Daylight Chapter 24.
When it comes to fresh content, the game is nearly mechanical, with each chapter lasting about three months. Take our word for it; look at the chart below to see how long each chapter has previously lasted.
With this in view, it appears that Chapter 24 will be released in around three months. Dead By Daylight Chapter 24 will begin on May 31, 2022, if the next chapter begins in 85 days (the average period between seasons).
It’s also worth mentioning that new content is typically evaluated for two weeks on the Dead By Daylight PTR before being released to live servers. So, technically, the new chapter should be out in May.
There have been rumours of a possible Candyman-themed chapter again for the game for a long time. With several hints and teasers given by Behaviour Interactive devs.
However, for whatever reason, the Candyman killer never has visited Dead By Daylight. And the optimum opportunity to start a Candyman chapter would be last year, around the release of the newest film reboot.
