The finals will take place in four cities across Europe, with eight nations competing in the final.

Davis Cup 2023 Finals Group Stage format
The Davis Cup Finals Group Stage will follow a format of two singles matches, followed by one doubles match. All of these matches will be played out in a best of three tiebreak sets with all teams in each group facing each other at least once. Following the end of the stage, the top two teams in each group will advance to the final event. The final event will take place in Malaga, from November 21 to 26.
