His full name was David Edward Johnson. He was born on October 23, 1951, in Liverpool, England. His height was 6 ft 1 inch or 1.855m and his height was 224 lbs or 102 kg.

He died on November 23, 2022. At the time of his death, he was 71 years old.

His Career

At Goodison Park, David Johnson started his career, and he scored against Liverpool in the Merseyside derby that year. Nine years later, he scored against Everton for Liverpool.

Prior to joining Liverpool in 1976 for a club-record £200,000 transfer price, he enjoyed success with Ipswich. He then won three league championships at Anfield and the European Cup in 1981.
