The Indonesia Masters started in 2010 and was previously known as the Indonesia Open Grand Prix Gold until it got changed to Indonesia Masters in 2014. The Indonesia Open Grand Prix Gold 2010 was held in Samarinda, Indonesia. The Badminton World Federation, also known as the BWF has organized the Daihatsu Indonesia Masters 2021.
