Ambati Rayudu is having a season full of ups and downs with him now taking to Twitter to send a tweet about his retirement after IPL 2022

The CSK middle-order batsman posted an emotional today in the morning saying he is not going to take part in the next year’s IPL and later he deleted it. The CEO of the CSK franchise was asked about Rayudu’s future in the team after his retirement. He said, “That’s wrong news. He is not retiring. We are not worried and Viswanathan shut Ambati Rayudu’s retirement Rumours.”

Earlier this morning the 36-year-old tweeted about his retirement and said goodbye to the fans. Rayudu tweeted “I am happy to announce that this will be my last ipl. I have had a wonderful time playing it and being a part of 2 great teams for 13 years. Would love to sincerely thank Mumbai Indians and Csk for the wonderful journey.”

After the clarification of CEO Viswanath, Ambati Rayudu deleted the tweet and left his fans confusing.

CSK has shown a lot of faith in the 36-year-old as his stats in the past few have been pretty average. Now it’s still uncertain about the availability of MS in the next season Rayudu has a big role to play in this franchise.

He might even get the reins of the team in his hands. CEO Vishwanath showed confidence in Ambati by saying “No no he’s not retiring. Maybe he wasn’t happy with his performances and might have put it out. Just a psychological thing, I reckon. He’ll be with us. The CEO of the four-time champion has made it very clear that Ambati will still be there in CSK as far as their future plans are concerned.

Rayudu has scored 271 runs in 12 matches this season. He has been off-color since the last season of IPL as he only managed to score 257 runs in 16 matches of CSK’s title-winning season. CSK has still shown trust in the experienced batter and they still believe that there is still something left in Rayudu.
