The purpose of the academy will be cricket coaching which will start its classes in the new year, January 2024. This is the Chennai Super Kings’ sixth academy in Tamil Nadu. Since its founding in April 2022, the CSK Academy has locations in Chennai, Salem, Trichy, Tirunelveli, and Hosur.
