Speaking of the IPL, the Mumbai Indians purchased Yudhvir for Rs. 50 lakhs during the IPL 2021 auction. In 2020, Yudhvir also worked as a net bowler for the Mumbai Indians, and his performance there convinced them to purchase him in the auction. IPL debut of Yudhvir Singh Charak

KL Rahul, the captain of LSG, introduced the young fast bowler from Hyderabad in the opening over. In just his third IPL ball, he first eliminated Punjab Kings’ opener Atharva Taide for a duck. He used the back of the length delivery that was slanted towards the centre and off the stump. Taide could only get a leading edge before Avesh Khan made a beautiful third-base catch.

In the third over, Yudhvir Singh scalped Punjab Kings opener Prabhsimran Singh, whose stumps went for a cartwheel. Prabhsimran Singh was forced to take the shot early by the whole ball that was pitched and came back in fast. However, it was already too late. Much to the delight of the LSG fans who were present in the Ekana Stadium, Singh bagged his second wicket.

Yudhvir Singh aspires to play for his country in the near future, like every other young cricketer.
