Chaturvedi’s exceptional innings surpassed Yuvraj Singh’s previous record for the highest score in a Cooch Behar Trophy final, where Yuvraj had scored 358 against Bihar in 1999. This innings ranks second in the all-time highest scores in the Cooch Behar Trophy, trailing Vijay Zol’s 451 not out for Maharashtra against Assam in 2011.

Throughout the Karnataka innings, Chaturvedi forged four century partnerships, with his highest being a 290-run collaboration with Harshil Dharmani (169 off 228 balls).
