According to the accuser’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, the woman claims she was forced into a bathroom by both Heat and NBA security after being separated from her friend. McGregor, the only person present in the restroom, allegedly emerged from a stall and forcibly kissed her while security personnel blocked anyone else from entering.
