CONCACAF Champions Cup 2024 competition preview
After winning the League Cup last season, marking their first trophy win in club history, Inter Miami will be looking forward to Lionel Messi leading them even further. Inter Miami will face top teams from across the confederation, including Club Leon, who are the defending champions. Club America is also a side to be feared, as they are the last team to have won two titles in a row back in 2015 and 2016. Monterrey currently holds the record for straight tiles, having won three straight from 2011 to 2013. Notably, this year’s champion will earn a place at the highly anticipated 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.

CONCACAF Champions League 2024 format
Ahead of the competition, the organizers officially set the dates and bracket for the 2024 CONCACAF Champions Cup on December 13, 2023. As such, CONCACAF ranked all the seeded teams entering the Round of 16 and slotted them into the bracket automatically before holding the draw. Interestingly, teams will compete across two legs in all the stages before the final. Only the final match will feature a single match.

CONCACAF Champions League qualified teams
The CONCACAF Champions Cup is equivalent to Europe’s UEFA Champions League. As such, the tournament features all the top clubs across North and Central America from the previous year.
