Let me inform you that Comic-Con, also known as a comic book convention, is a yearly occasion that emphasizes comic books and comic book culture. All comic book enthusiasts gather at this event to meet experts, artists, and entertaining activities like cosplay and performances.
The pandemic required virtual Comic-Cons in the summers of 2020 and 2021, as well as a scaled-down in-person Comic Con in November.

You don’t purchase tickets for SDCC and you have to purchase badges through your comic-con ID.
SDCC offers a variety of tickets, or badges, depending on your preferred pricepoint and availability and rices for adult badges ranging from $69 for a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday badge or $47 for a Sunday badge. All four badges could be purchased for $254 and combined into a four-day badge and prices for junior attendees (13-17 years old) are roughly half the adult prices, and attendees 12 and under are free with a paying adult.

However, none of these events resembled the customary spectacle of fans of all things nerdy travelling from all over the world to attend arena-sized panels on movies and TV shows that are similar to sporting events.
