Citadel: Honey Bunny plot and ending
In Citadel: Honey Bunny, Bunny persuades Honey to accompany him on a clandestine assignment for his agency, along with fellow agents Ludo (Soham Majumdar) and Chacko (Shivankit Singh Parihar).
As an actor, Honey performs the honeytrap mission convincingly, even though she takes a minor beating when the mission goes a little awry (when the man realizes she is not a woman who had an ugly public quarrel with her boyfriend). Nevertheless, she seems to like the task and is a natural.
Although Honey implied that she had given the Armada to Citadel, we find out that she still possesses it. However, her skeptical intellect also did not totally trust Citadel, and for good reason (see Zooni’s betrayal).
Bunny goes into alert mode and reassembles with old friends Chacko and Ludo to find Honey and extract the real truth from her after learning that KD and the Foundation are after her. KD and his troops attack Honey’s ancestral palace in the last episode.
After a few well-planned altercations in the hallway, Honey and Bunny finally fight as a team and defeat scores of KD’s men. Although Honey bravely kills her attacker, she is shot in the stomach.
KD and his men are chasing Honey, Bunny, and Nadia in this chase-style combat. Ultimately, Bunny chooses to halt and engage in combat, allowing Honey and Nadia ample opportunity to flee. KD’s soldiers are easily defeated by Bunny, but KD is his equal.
After shooting one another, they talk about how they both disobeyed Baba in various ways while lying nearly unconscious. Bunny tells KD about Baba’s cooking techniques and how he tests his students by purposefully burning poultry. In the last scene, Bunny approaches and examines his wife and child. It’s unclear if he will recover from his injuries. Another unresolved issue with the series that should be addressed in a possible season two is this one.
