How is the List of Most Valuable Footballer Players Made?

There are mostly three aspects on which the CIES evaluate the value of the player. And, due to these reasons sometimes the results are shocking and hard to digest. Earlier, in the January transfer market Marcus Rashford was the most valuable player with a value of £165 million. So, how does this value is calculated and how they come up with an accurate number every time. Let’s see the aspects on which the player’s value is evaluated.

1. Player

So, the first aspect is all about the player. Furthermore, it takes the data about the player like:

  • How is the player’s form
  • What is his career trajectory
  • How old the player is
  • And most important, how he is playing or his current form

Considering all this, Foden is in fine form and is a Manchester City academy player. Moreover, he is young and has left so much football.

2. Player’s Club

The second aspect is the player’s club. There are also two points in this naming Sporting and Economic. So, what’s these two?
