After reading the last chapter of Chronicles of the Martial God’s Return the readers of the series are looking forward to the release date of chapter 64, which is all set to be out soon
Dan Wohyu will be pitted against the new character introduced at the end of Chapter 63 in the upcoming installment. If you don’t recall, he is the leader of the demonic cult that originally emerged in Chapter 59.

75% of Chapter 85 was devoted to restoring the elder’s ki/meridians, with the remaining 25% devoted to one other scene. That 75% was incredible. It was beautifully illustrated, intriguing, and emotionally rewarding.
But, as someone who now has to wait a week for the next chapter, I’d be fine with it if it was only 25% of the chapter, or even 50%, so we could see the MC’s new strategy for finding someone to solve the map.
Chronicles of the Martial God’s Return, which is essentially an action/slice of life, thus it should be even slower-paced. I’d say around a quarter of the chapter was spent replenishing the elder’s ki/meridians, which was a little underwhelming.
And I believe they could have included more horticultural data to it, but it still did the job. And it still seemed like an intriguing chapter after that because they were able to cover other interesting narrative pieces for the arc.
Return of the Mount Hua Sect was clearly more hyped today, but Chronicles of the Martial God gave me slightly more mileage because it accomplished a little more while still doing a nice job.
