After signing up PSG’s super striker Neymar, global sports company, PUMA has signed another impressive deal with USMNT and Chelsea player Christian Pulisic
The 22-year-old captain of the American National Soccer Team has left Nike to partner with PUMA. The company will support Christian in growing soccer participation in America and inspire the next generation. Read on to know more about this deal.
Christian Pulisic and PUMA Shake Hands Over A Long-Term Partnership Deal And Contract
Following the announcement of the deal, Christian Pulisic described how this deal with PUMA was a no-brainer for him, given their shared his passion to support youth soccer in America. As part of the multi-year deal, Pulisic will help PUMA develop programs and opportunities for young players in America, including product donations to underserved youth, camps and clinics, rehabilitating fields and additional projects.
The company embodies the sports culture on-and-off the field and all of their technical innovations revolve around speed, which Pulisic cited as his biggest weapon. He is also honored to follow in the PUMA footsteps of Pele, Maradona, and Johan Cruyff.

Heading into his third season with Chelsea, Pulisic will debut a set of customized Puma ULTRA 1.3 boots in the Super Cup Final against Villarreal on Wednesday, 11 August. The company has teamed up with boot customizer Silni to produce the pair. Backed by PUMA, Christian will hopefully be able to better realize his aim of helping American youngsters chase their soccer dreams.

Nicknamed ‘Captain America,’ Christian Pulisic plays as a winger or attacking midfielder for the Premier Club Chelsea. He had started his career with the German club Borussia Dortmund, playing in the senior team in 2016, at age 17.
