Chris Weidman was the Middleweight fighter who ended UFC Legend Anderson Silva 7-year long reign. Having impressed everyone since making his UFC debut in 2011, Weidman is known to be a fighter who not only can land strikes, but can also take some wittingly. 

But at UFC 261, Chris Weidman was scheduled to square off against Uriah Hall and as soon as the fight started it took just 17 second for one of the most devastating injuries to take place inside the octagon, Weidman kicked Hall on his shin, which shattered the former fighter’s bone and was carried out of the octagon on a stretcher. 

However, Uriah Hall promised Weidman for a rematch once he gets back upon his full heath, yet let’s take a look at Chris Weidman’s Injury updates from the video he posted on Instagram. It is incredible to witness a 36-year-athlete defining the laws of nature to overcome his surgery in a much shorter time in order to get back into the octagon

Weidman had to undergo a surgery and was told that he would not be able to walk for at least as many as 8 weeks. But knowing the character he is, the American UFC Fighter never seems to be comforted with his failure and has been busting his energy non-stop in order to get healthy as fast as possible.

In the first video posted on Chris Weidman’s account, he can be seen walking on an anti-gravity treadmill. Also, he can be seen doing various leg exercises and rehabbing his leg.

In the 2nd video, Weidman is able to take a couple steps. Interestingly, if Weidman was discouraged by the fact that he was in such a shape, it doesn’t come across in the text of the post, where Weidman wrote, “We are moving!!”  

To say the least, this surely can be a very motivating scenario for all of his fans all around the world witnessing Chris Weidman’s injury update.
