In the eighth game, which he had to win, Nakamura found himself in a turbulent middlegame with unfavorable material. So handled the issue coolly by winning this game to finish 5-3 and secure his place alongside Sarin in the grand finale.
On Sunday, final of Chess.com Global Championship will start from 9:00 PM ET featuring Nihal Sarin vs. Wesley So. The winner of this match will be able to bag $200,000 prize money, which is one of the largest prize in chess world.
