Both Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch were livid at each other with their fight during WWE Smackdown leaving WWE officials
Things ended up getting extremely heated between Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch during the bygone edition of WWE Smackdown.
The SmackDown Women’s champion and RAW Women’s champion had to switch titles in the main event but things got extremely tense between the two owing to a timing error. The duo was supposed to play cat and mouse with the title with Lynch set to get a hand on it before Flair yanked it away from her during the segment before things failed to turn out as planned.
Becky Lynch And Charlotte Flair Fight Backstage During WWE Smackdown
Both failed to pull off the segment cleanly with the title dropping to the floor, something which left Lynch and Flair displeased. While they managed to complete the switch onstage, both went at each other’s throats backstage with PWInsider reporting that Lynch and Flair were livid at each other.
While things didn’t get physical, a fair amount of words were exchanged with bystanders said to have gotten increasingly concerned about how things could easily turn violent. People in the knowhow of the feud between the two have revealed that things have been far from cordial between the two since Flair was called plastic during a promo a couple of years back.
The title switch is said to have not helped things either with no party involved with it said to be pleased with how things have shaped up. Lynch is now the champion of RAW and Flair is the champion of SmackDown with them set to meet next in the Survivor Series.
