ESPN’s Chael Sonnen Hit With 11 Charges For Beating Woman In Las Vegas Hotel
Ex-UFC fighter and ESPN analyst, Chael Sonnen has become the latest name to add himself to the list of these deranged fighters with him hit with 11 charges including felony battery strangulation. Documents accessed have gone onto reveal that Sonnen who continues to remain employed by ESPN had thrown a woman into a light fixture after clobbering her which made her bleed from the face back in December 2021 during a colossal fight which broke out in a Las Vegas Hotel.
Officers from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department had responded to the brawl at the Four Season Hotel on December 18, one which involved Sonnen and a raft of other people. A Four Season engineer had gone onto reveal that things had broken out as he was leaving the room with Sonnen said to have punched a man as he left the room.
Only a little later, Sonnen met a couple outside his hotel room with the ex-UFC fighter said to have gotten way too aggressive with them. Christopher Stellpflug revealed that Sonnen had knocked a glass out of his hand with him wearing a robe and a bloodied t-shirt.
Sonnen had meanwhile gone onto feign ignorance with him saying he had taken sleeping pills at the time along with his wife and had no recollection of what had transpired. Hardly the kind of reasoning which will stand in court though.
