Charles Joseph John Hart is a Scottish Premiership goalkeeper who was born in England on April 19, 1987, in Shrewsbury, England and currently plays professionally for Celtic. The 36-year-old stands 6 ft 5 in (1.96 m) tall.

Starting in the Football Conference and League Two, he played for Shrewsbury Town, his hometown team. Following interest from multiple other elite teams, he advanced to the Premier League in 2006, joining Manchester City.
Hart joined the Sky Blues in 2006 and has already made 690 club appearances since making his professional debut for Shrewsbury Town in 2004.
