Her full name was Katharine Alma Spikes. She was born on 26 October 1969 in New York City and later brought up in Larchmont, New York. Her mother’s name is Judith Doolin Spikes, and her father’s name is James L. Spikes. She also has a sister named Sarah Spikes.
After completing her schooling, Katie Spikes graduated from Muskingum College in New Concord, Ohio.
She was married, and her husband’s name is Donald Furrer. She was also the mother of two sons, James Joseph Furrer and Owen Doolin Furrer, and one stepson, Brandon Scott Furrer.
Katie passed away on 27 July 2023 in Westfield, New Jersey. At the time of her death, she was 55 years old.
