Tour Card Holders will enter the 158-player field throughout the course of the first four rounds according to their PDC Order of Merit standing after the 2023 Interwetten Baltic Sea Darts Open. On Friday, March 3, the first three rounds will take place in a jam-packed afternoon session before the top 32 competitors in the world begin their campaign from the fourth round in the evening session.

Tour Card Holders rated from 97 to 126 will compete in the first round alongside 16 Rileys Amateur Qualifiers and 16 players from the 2022 Challenge Tour & Development Tour. The Main Stage matchup has 2016 semifinalist Jelle Klaasen taking on Josh Payne, while Stage Two features 2018 semifinalist Robert Owen taking on Dutch rookie Gian van Veen.

Danny Jansen, the winner of the Players Championship event, will take against former World Youth Champion Bradley Brooks on the Main Stage in round two, which will be open to Tour Card Holders ranked 65–96.
