2023 Cazoo Premier League Darts qualified players, performance history, & other details
Dobey, who won his first televised championship at the Cazoo Masters on Sunday, will compete in this year’s star-studded Cazoo Premier League, which gets underway on Thursday in Belfast. This year’s headliner will be the reigning world champion Michael Smith, who has performed at his very best during recent tournaments. Meanwhile, 2021 world champion Gerwyn Price will enter the tournament as the Darkhorse and aim to add this prestigious title to his already illustrious career.
Michael van Gerwen, the current champion, will be vying for a record-breaking seventh Premier League title in 2023, while Peter Wright, the runner-up in 2017, will be making his tenth successive Premier League appearance. Jonny Clayton, the 2021 winner, will try to win back the trophy, and Aspinall and Van den Bergh will return after missing 2022.

Eight of the top players in the sport will compete in the 2023 Cazoo Premier League’s 16 mini-events that will be held throughout the season. Each league night will feature quarterfinals, semifinals, and a final over the best of 11 legs. The league table will be formed by awarding points each night, and the top four players will advance to the Play-Offs, which will be hosted at The O2 in London on May 25.

It is known that the champion of this prestigious event will be entitled for humongous prize money of £275,000 from the total prize pool of £1,000,000. Meanwhile, the losing finalist of this tournament will earn £125,000. Additionally, the winner of each mini-event will bag the reward of £10,000.
