Canelo Alvarez is currently fresh off a win following a triumphant win over William Scull in the super middleweight division. Although the fight wasn’t exactly the most spectacular of fights, it secured a historic clash against Terence Crawford. Crawford is currently a world champion at 154 lbs and will notably move up two weight classes to take on the Mexican superstar.
Despite the size jump and a layoff for a year ever since his last fight against Israil Madrimov in August 2024, Crawford is arguably still one of the most technically gifted and mentally sharp fighters in the sport at present.
