Eli Apple trolls Diggs and Allen.
Stefon Diggs, a wide receiver for the Bills, became obviously irritated with quarterback Josh Allen on the game’s last fourth down. According to Fox News, Diggs was spotted screaming at Allen as he examined the prior disc on a tablet. Diggs was raising his hands in frustration, but no one could make out what he was saying.
Diggs responded to criticism of his emotional outburst on Twitter the next day. “Want me to be okay with losing? He tweeted. Nah. It’s simple to critique my response rather than the outcome.” In response to the tweet, Eli Apple wrote: “Cancun on 3.” The Bengals player also kept tweeting offensive things about his team’s triumph, including one in which he suggested Diggs and Allen go to couples therapy and offered to pay for it.
Theoretical interpretations of “Cancun on 3”
Many fans believe that Eli Apple was alluding to Bill’s safety Damar Hamlin, even though he hasn’t specified what he meant specifically when he said, “Cancun on 3.”
According to Democrat And Chronicle, Damar Hamlin’s hallmark gesture has been the heart-hands emoji since the football community rallied behind him when he had a cardiac episode earlier this month. Apple added it in the Cancun tweet. Hamil also has a three.
The phrase “One, Two, Three, Cancun” is actually a sarcastic chant that Nick Van Exel started, according to Sporting News. Van Exel is said to have disrupted the pre-game huddle in 1998 by slipping in “Cancun” rather than “Lakers” before the fourth game of the Western Conference Finals versus the Jazz.
We might as well stick to the fact that Cancun is a Mexican city. It is renowned for its beaches, resorts, and nightlife and is located on the Yucatan Peninsula, which borders the Caribbean Sea.
