2024 India Open final day results, scores, winners, & list of champions
Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty displayed a valiant effort in the men’s doubles final of the India Open 2024 against Kang Min Hyuk and Seo Seung Jae from the Republic of Korea, the reigning world champions. Currently ranked second in the world, the Indian duo succumbed to a 21-15, 11-21, 18-21 defeat in a match lasting one hour and five minutes.
Closing in with four consecutive points during the crucial set, the Indian pair couldn’t shake the composure of Kang Min Hyuk and Seo Seung Jae, who clinched their second victory in six encounters against the Asian Games champions from India. Sat-Chi faced their second consecutive defeat in the 2024 BWF World Tour finals, having reached the Malaysia Open final the previous week.
