A famous professional bull-rider who’s known by the nickname ‘Ouncie Mitchell’ is allegedly killed by his 21-year-old girlfriend, know about Demetrius Omar Lateef Allen and his death

The 27-year-old bull rider Ouncie Mitchell whose real name is Demetrius Omar Lateef Allen was shot dead by his on-and-off girlfriend.

The lover of Allen reportedly shot him dead after the pair attended the Utah State Fair on Monday, September 12.

Though the rider was rushed to a nearby local hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. Allen is survived by his 4-year-old daughter from his previous partner named Nyteshea Haywood.

As per a report by the DailyMail, the rider was found with “at least one gunshot wound” outside an apartment that belonged to his lover who’s later identified as LaShawn Denise Bagley.

According to investigators, the incident was isolated and it was related to a domestic dispute between the couple with “no threat to the public at this time.”

According to the same report by the publications, Bagley is currently being held at the Salt Lake County Metro Jail without bond as the police continue to investigate.

The 21-year-old girlfriend of the professional rider has been charged under First-degree murder and a third-degree felony discharge of a firearm.

As per the outlet, Allen was at the Utah State Fair to compete in a rodeo. He had made arrangements to stay with his girlfriend there.

The duo reportedly first met in Houston. The couple attended the fair together and later went to a bar. Then they got into an argument where Allen said he wanted to return to her apartment to pack his things.

Investigators discovered bullet holes coming from a nearby apartment that belonged to Bagley.

As per the investigation, blood evidence was found outside the apartment which hints that the rider wasn’t inside the apartment when he was shot.

According to the statement shared by Salt Lake City Police, there was “no indication of any forced entry or attempted forced entry into the apartment.”

A Detective Michelle Peterson told the Fox News that, “These two, we believe knew each other, they had attended the fair and then ended up at a bar and ended up arguing.”

According to the cops, a witness confirmed that the professional bull-rider did not tried to attempt to force his way into Bagley’s apartment.
