During Stray playtime, our adorable and cuddly kitty companion seems to have itself into a bit of a dilemma due to a glitch with a bug found in the game
Whether you like cats or not, BlueTwelve Studio’s latest furry venture has grabbed the gaming industry by storm. Let’s face it: it’s a cat’s world, and now there’s a computer game to demonstrate it. Stray encourages users to live their ideal cat self, from leaping across roofs to knocking stuff off shelves. Even in a videogame this adorable and fantastic, flaws and glitches may emerge, as one user discovered.
Bug In Stray Game Sees Cat Glitch To Leave It Stuck On Ground
While exploring the bright streets and dark alleyways of Stray, Reddit user Lindsiiiiii Stray is seen stranded with its rear end flapping about in the air in the brief footage shared on Reddit. As the player tries in vain to flip the kitty the proper way up, the unfortunate cat merely drags itself down the floor, transforming an otherwise innocent game into something other than a horror film.
Thankfully, our kitty pal pulls himself together in the final second of the clip. One commenter, like everybody else watching the video, wonders, “How can you do that…?” I want to try that”
Lindsi answered “I genuinely don’t even understand how it occurred. One moment I was moving normal, and then the next moment I was not lol”. Another commenter on the Reddit clip seems to have their own stories to share about an odd event they encountered while playing Stray.
“Here’s a good one. Go into the gated area with the lone robot that doesn’t talk to you right after you enter or leave the upper city. Stand on the ledge behind the radio. Then stare at the radio to get the instruction to switch it off and on.”
Spoon Elemental says “If you touch it, the cat will slide across to the radio and hit the button. Then snap back into alignment.” I haven’t encountered any strange errors or glitches in Stray after playing and reviewing it. But this causes me to want to revisit it to see if I can discover any.
