The story of the childcare comedy series revolves around the 2 best friends and roommates namely Kazuki Kurusu, who’s a criminal contractor and Rei Suwa, who’s an assassin.
Kazuki is an outgoing person whereas Rui is a man of few words and tends to spend his free time playing video games. Together the duo makes an ultimate criminal team.
The story of the series bagan when the two saved a child named Miri but they soon enough realize that they have killed the father of the child, who was also the boss of the Mafia gang.
After realizing this, their consciousness takes over and instead of leaving the child to die or to handle her over to more dangerous Mafia members the duo decided to take her in and thus their epic saga started of becoming the Buddy Daddies.
