His full name was Bryn Jack Hargreaves. He was born on November 14, 1985, in Wigan, Greater Manchester, England. His mother’s name is Maria Andrews, whereas his father’s name is not known. He also has an elder brother named Gareth Hargreaves.
He was married. He worked in the oil and gas industry and lived in Pittsburgh with his American wife Amy whom he met on holiday in Mexico in 2013.

His career
Bryn Hargreaves started his career with the Wigan Warriors in 2004. In 2006, he went on loan to Leigh Centurions and was eventually released from his contract.
In November 2006, he signed a two-year deal with St. Helens and played from the interchange bench in their victory over the Brisbane Broncos in the 2007 World Club Challenge. He also played for Wales in a World Cup qualifier against Scotland.
In 2010, he signed a two-year contract with the Bradford Bulls. However, in September 2012, he retired from rugby league, citing disillusionment with the way players are treated in the sport.
