Brock Lesnar’s large sword tattoo starts on his stomach and goes right up to under his neck. He got the tattoo after leaving WWE in 2004 and it apparently has a rather deep meaning.

While most fans would agree that the tattoo isn’t the best, it does have a deep meaning behind it.
What Is The Meaning Behind Brock Lesnar’s Sword Tattoo?
The year before his second return to the WWE, Brock Lesnar released a book titled Death Club: My Story of Determination, Domination and Survival. There, he dedicated a whole chapter to what his tattoo means.
Brock Lesnar left the WWE in 2004 to pursue a career in the NFL. However, things didn’t exactly work out for the 6’3’’ wrestler.
Following the failed effort at NFL, he then phoned Vince McMahon requesting a return, but the former Chairman wasn’t interested.
Lesnar explains in his book that he spiralled into a state of depression as a result, he decided to get under the ink.
He states in his book: “I felt like life was holding a sword right up against my throat, so I went under the ink gun because I never wanted to forget exactly how I felt at that time.
It’s my inspiration to fight back, because if there’s one thing I know deep in my heart about myself, it’s that I am not a quitter. I am a warrior, and I will never let anything or anyone—be it the NFL or Vince McMahon—keep me down!
Will Brock Lesnar Make A Return To The WWE?
Despite Vince’s initial decision to turn down Brock’s request for a return, WWE brought back ‘The Beast’ for a second run in 2012.
Ever since his return Lesnar has worked for the company and has gone on to hold several more world titles. He has also featured in several main events at WrestleMania, and will go down as one of WWE’s biggest stars.
Fans last saw Lesnar on WWE TV in July after Roman Reigns defeated him in a Last Man Standing match. The match was for the Undisputed WWE Universal title which was the main event for SummerSlam.
While a lot of fans speculated that Brock would retire after the match, several reports indicate that he would return. Reports state that Lesnar might be set for a return under Triple H, sooner than expected.
