With the North London team, Johnson has agreed to a six-year contract. Ange Postecoglou, the manager of Tottenham, wanted to improve his team’s attack options, therefore they chose Johnson as their main target. After Tanguy Ndombele and Richarlison, the Welsh attacker is Tottenham’s third-most expensive addition of the summer.

Johnson started playing for Nottingham Forest’s senior squad in 2021. The athlete has over 109 games under his belt for the team, contributing 22 assists to his tally of 29 goals.
