The second part of Break Point is set to release on June 21, 2023, and will be available to stream on Netflix. The creators of the F1 series “Drive to Survive” also worked on this. In Break Point, we follow the ups and downs of what it takes to make it as a professional tennis player. Especially if you’re a young player aspiring to be like Serena Williams or Roger Federer, who paved the way for countless others.

The first season’s recordings took place in 2022, and the first five episodes are already available. Since their publication in January, however, viewers have been eager for updates on the show’s ongoing season. The following is a list of upcoming episode guests and their respective air dates.

Tennis players who will be in Break Point Part 2

There will be a primary focus on Paula Badosa, Felix Auger-Aliassime, Taylor Fritz, Matteo Berrettini, Ons Jabeur, Casper Ruud, Nick Kyrgios, Maria Sakkari, Aryna Sabalenka, and Ajla Tomljanovi.

It will also include the rest of the year’s tournaments, such as Wimbledon, Eastbourne, Queens, the US Open, the WTA Finals, and the ATP Finals. Also participating will be Thanasi Kokkinakis, Sloane Stephens, Iga Swiatek, Frances Tiafoe, and Stefanos Tsitsipas. The likes of Maria Sharapova, Andy Roddick, and John McEnroe, all tennis greats, will also be offering their opinions. The show will return for a second season that will cover the 2017–2018 tennis season.

Break Point Season 1 Part 1 review

So, Break Point is an intriguing documentary series that successfully replicates the mood and tone of Drive to Survive, if not without some hiccups along the way as the show finds its footing and attempts to incorporate the cadence and rapport of tennis into its formula. This tennis show hits its stride by the third episode and never lets up from there, like an athlete who discovers an extra gear late in a close match.

With Serena Williams, Andy Murray, Novak Djokovic, and Rafael Nadal all nearing the conclusion of their respective careers, this 10-part series focuses on the next generation of bright people coming through the ranks.

These first five episodes neatly segment the show, allowing us to concentrate on two of the four major tennis events that occur each year. In particular, the Australian Open and the French Open at Roland Garros. From the bad boy rebel Nick Krygios to the Italian stallion Matteo Berrettini, each episode introduces us to a new athlete.
