2023 Brazilian Gymnastics Championships schedule, date, venue, events, & key competitors
At the 2023 Brazilian Gymnastics Championships, the reigning World all-around champion Rebeca Andrade will begin her 2023 season. Notably, Brazilian National Championships will be hosted in Bahia’s Lauro de Freitas from August 18 through August 20. Andrade, who won this event during 2021 and 2022 edition, will be vying for her third straight national championship. This event marks the beginning of a hectic schedule for Andrade, who is set to compete in October’s Pan American Games and September’s World Championships in Antwerp.
Several other Brazilian team stars, including Olympians Jade Barbosa, Lorrane Oliveira, and Flavia Saraiva, will compete alongside Andrade. In the men’s competition, 2016 Olympics floor exercise event bronze medalist Arthur Nory and 2012 Olympics still rings event gold medalist Arthur Zanetti will participate. Notably, Andrade will compete in the second sub-division of the women’s competition.

According to official schedule, the competition will begin on 8:55 AM local time on 19th August and Men’s Competition will be the first-event of this competition. Andrade is scheduled to participate in Subdivision 2 of women’s competition, which will be played from 17:00-19:55 on the opening day.
