According to the Xero News, Bray Wyatt’s WWE comeback is more a matter of timing than it is. He will not return in RAW, Smackdown and other small platforms. There is a strong possibility that he would make his return in major pay-per-view.
Bray Wyatt became one of the best superstars winning many titles:
Wyatt became one of WWE’s best stars, holding the World Championship twice and the WWE Championship once, but he was released shockingly in July 2021. Although Wyatt hasn’t appeared for or signed with another company since he was cut, he has teased a return to the fight once in a while.
More recently, he tweeted about wrestling, raising the speculation that a return to WWE might be in its immediate future:

Wyatt had an excellent first run in WWE, winning three world titles, getting enough time on television and apparently having a lot of creative leeway from other Superstars. McMahon has been described as somewhat stubborn and set in his habits sometimes, however, it goes without saying that he and maybe Wyatt’s got heads intertwined from time to time.
Since ever, Triple H took over the charge after McMahon’s retirement. He even has helped the talents in NXT. Triple H appears more open to different ideas and ways of doing things, so the thought of working with him might be of great interest to Wyatt. It’s fair to say that WWE has no bigger name on the professional wrestling free agent market than Wyatt, and bringing him in would be a major deal for WWE. On the other hand AEW had been the company signing all the major names for months at the end and been the greatest competitor to WWE.
