Chapter 21 of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex will be free to read on all VIZ Media and MANGA Plus platforms. This is due to the fact that the first three and most recent chapters of the manga are available for free reading on all platforms. A paid membership is needed to access the remaining chapters.
